Nabih A. Faris

Director, Chief Executive Officer

With extensive experience in the development industry and the oil and gas sector, Nabih has led the Intergulf team through continuous growth and innovative projects. He is a graduate of the University of Alberta (1974) and is a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers and former member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta.


Hareesh S. Sara


Hareesh graduated from the University of British Columbia's Commerce Program in 1987 and completed his Masters of Busineses Administration in 1992. Hareesh was previously with the international firm of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he obtained his Chartered Accountant designation (1990). He is responsible for all financial, treasury and accounting activities and plays a strong role in the evaluation of acquisition opportunities.


Michael Mortensen

VP Development

Michael (MA, MCIP) brings 20 years of development and urban planning experience to his work leading teams and managing all aspects of the development of transformative mixed-use projects. His experience includes projects at scale in Greater Vancouver, Toronto, London UK, and Edinburgh.


Nelson C.K. Mok

Chief Estimator / Procurement Manager

Nelson C.K. Mok is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry in Canada, U.S.A., Australia, and China. An integral part of the Intergulf team, Nelson's leadership and management skills help create the diverse communities that we build.


Tolson Benson

Project Manager

With over 20 years of management experience in the construction industry, Tolson manages the site and consultant teams at Intergulf. His Civil Engineering background and experience guides projects to a successful conclusion.


Richard A. White

Senior Development Manager

Richard received his Masters Degree in Architecture and registration in the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada in 1977. He managed his own architectural practice with extensive experience in planning and design. At Intergulf, Richard manages our Development staff and consulting teams, coordinating the design, creation of contract documents and implementation of design intent into the construction of our projects. He is Intergulf's key liaison with the various municpal administrations.


Shaadi Faris

Vice President

Shaadi has over 10 years of experience in real estate development, construction and operations in the United States and Canada. A University of Alberta graduate, Shaadi manages the day to day operations of the company and liaises with strategic partners on future opportunities.


Brodie Kristensen

Director of Finance

Brodie has over 10 years of experience in real estate and commodity finance. Brodie spent five years in commercial banking at HSBC Bank Canada, serving private and public corporate clients in the real estate, energy, mining and agriculture sectors. Brodie has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and holds the Certified General Accountant designation.


Ali Lotfi

Director, Corporate Development

Ali has over 10 years of experience in real estate development, acquisitions & sourcing equity for general partnerships in the United States and Canada. A Simon Fraser University graduate with a Masters in Computing Science, Ali leads Intergulf's corporate development activities in North America, leveraging its network of institutional investors & asset managers in sourcing equity and joint venture partnerships.


Christian Gradley

Director, Corporate Development

Christian has over 10 years of experience in capital markets, resource and technology corporate finance and business development. Prior to Intergulf, Christian spent a number of years at CIBC World Markets, Squall Capital, and in an investment capacity at a private family office. A Simon Fraser University graduate, Christian is tasked with sourcing equity and joint venture partnerships.
