SFU’S LEAD DEVELOPER

Intergulf completes its fourth high-rise building at Simon Fraser University’s “Univercity”, Terraces at the Peak, becoming the most prolific and well recognized developer on campus.

2019

INTERGULF AS A VERTICALLY INTEGRATED DEVELOPER

With over 10,000 units constructed to date throughout Western Canada and the US, Intergulf has grown into a vertically integrated developer and manager of high quality assets.

2014

RECOGNITION AT THE UDI AWARDS

Kits360, in Vancouver, BC, wins Intergulf the prestigious UDI Award for Excellence in the category Best Mid-Rise Project. The UDI Awards highlight the most exceptional real estate development projects biennially, the highest honour to receive as a developer in BC.

2010

1 COMMUNITY, 600 HOMES

Intergulf finds success with the development of Grand Central, a collection of three towers which adds an astonishing nearly 600 homes to the growing master-planned community in Coquitlam, BC.

2006

INTERGULF IN IRVINE

In partnership with Lennar, a leading home builder in the United States, Intergulf begins work on the luxurious Astoria in Irvine, California, which marks the company’s first multifamily rental development outside of Canada.

2000

GROWTH IN OPPORTUNITY

Finding incredible potential and opportunity in downtown San Diego, Intergulf begins work on Treo @ Kettner, an upscale condo project comprising a full city block. Treo @ Kettner marks the company’s expansion into the United States and the first of many successful developments.

1999

COMMERCIAL SUCCESS

Intergulf’s commercial development at 1700 West Broadway in Vancouver is a milestone project: it is the first time a national big box retailer chooses a second-floor location for a flagship store.

1997

BUILDING COMMUNITIES

With Solo, Duo and Treo, Intergulf sets the stage for Arbutus Walk, which evolves from a former brewery site to a close knit and welcoming community in Vancouver’s Kitsilano neighbourhood.

1994

EXPANSIONS TO ALBERTA

Intergulf expands to Alberta, with its first project in Sherwood Park. Intergulf has since developed some of the largest multifamily projects in the province.

1991

GAINING EXPERIENCE

Drawing from the family’s experience in residential development, Intergulf completes its first high-rise concrete building, The Regent, located in Downtown Vancouver.

FOUNDED IN VANCOUVER

Intergulf is founded in beautiful Vancouver, Canada, with an initial focus in single family residential projects stretching from Vancouver to Whistler, BC.
